There are wrinkles in my upholstery — is something wrong?
No. Wrinkles and ripples are a natural characteristic of upholstered furniture, caused by fabric movement and cushion filling settling in. They do not affect the product’s lifespan or quality. You can smooth them out by hand. Fiber-filled cushions benefit from regular fluffing.
My new furniture has a smell — is that normal?
Yes, completely normal. New furniture can have a slight scent from materials and glues that disappears within a few weeks. All Bellus products meet EU REACH chemical requirements and are not harmful to your health.
How should I care for leather upholstery?
Leather is a natural material that develops character and patina over time — this is normal and desirable. Dust with a clean damp cloth and use only leather-specific care products. Fully corrected leathers (Amalfi, Torello) need care 1–2 times per year. Labrador needs care 3–4 times per year.
How should I clean my fabric sofa or bed?
Vacuum regularly with a soft furniture nozzle (max 500W suction). For spills, pat dry immediately with a clean damp cloth — never rub. Before using any cleaning product, always test it on a hidden area first. For deeper cleaning, follow the care label on your specific fabric.
