Our story

Bellus was founded in 1997 with the vision to create furniture that brings warmth and a feeling of ambience to your home. Bellus has grown to become one of the largest manufacturers of upholstered furniture in Estonia. We currently produce 50,000 sofas & beds a year and employ 250 people.

Our home market is Scandinavia including Finland, Sweden, and Norway. We also export to Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Ukraine, and the Baltic States. We ship directly to retailers, freight free and with no minimum order quantity.

Our head designer Heikki Toropainen is amongst the leading furniture designers in Scandinavia. We are continually developing new models. Design and quality is at the heart of what we do. Our heritage is Scandinavian, with a Nordic touch that can be seen throughout our design portfolio.
